    30 Holi Dishes

February 24, 2018 by Kankana Saxena

Holi is the festival of color, welcoming spring in the most vivid and joyful way. In India, this festival is considered as one of the biggest festivals. Every other street is lit up like a rainbow with people soaked in mass of colors and water. Everyone looks happy! The festival gets its name from the old mythological story of Holika. In India, every other state celebrates the festival in their own way. There are deep customs and rituals being followed, a lot of which will never make much sense to me. However, if there is one common thing that can unite these states and bring them together on one table, it’s food! So here are a round up of 30 Holi Dishes that you can pick for your this year's holi party, which is in less than a week.
