    In a bowl, add the blueberries. I add few raspberries too. You can either choose to blend it comepletelt or just crush it gently with a fork.

    To the bowl, add yogurt and milk. I use oat milk. Mix it all together nicely.

    Add your choice of sweetener. I used maple syrup.

    Finally add chia seeds and mix to combine everything. Cover and leave it in the fridge for few hours or ovenight for the chia seeds to thicken and turns the mixture into pudding.

    Serve it with fruits or top it with ganola fo some crunch.

    • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
    • 1 Cup Blueberries
