Nutritious, and absolutely delicious breakfast or snack, blueberry chia pudding deserves a permanent spot in your routine. It sure is in mine! Easy to make, perfect for breakfast meal plan and needs the most minimal effort to prepare.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Oat Milk (You can use your choice of milk)
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add the berries and either blend it smoothly or just crush it with fork.
  • Next, add the yogurt and milk and give it a mix.
  • Pour your choice of sweetner, add the chia seeds and give a mix.
  • Cover and leave it in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight for the chia pudding to set and thicken.
  • Enjoy blueberry chia pudding for breakfast for snack for the next few days.
