- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- ½ Cup Oat Milk (You can use your choice of milk)
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
To a bowl, add the berries and either blend it smoothly or just crush it with fork.
Next, add the yogurt and milk and give it a mix.
Pour your choice of sweetner, add the chia seeds and give a mix.
Cover and leave it in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight for the chia pudding to set and thicken.
Enjoy blueberry chia pudding for breakfast for snack for the next few days.
