The dough is very easy to make, and it's one of my go-to recipe to make my Instant Naan

Ingredients you need for Naan Cheese Bomb
Flour - You can either use all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour, or even a mix of both.
Yogurt and Baking Soda - Instead of using yeast, I like to use yogurt and baking soda in the dough to make it soft and fluffy.
Salt and Sugar - Both salt and sugar together helps to season the dough perfectly.
Cheese - I used a blend of cheese here. A mix of mozzarella, feta cheese and Parmesan cheese. You can use your choice of cheese.
Sesame Seeds - For garnish, I like to add some chili flakes on top.
Chili Flakes - If you like the taste of chili flakes with cheese, do add some in the filling for that subtle kick. I also add some on top as garnish, so I can distinguish spicy from the non-spicy version.
Oil & Butter - I use a little bit of oil while making the dough and then brush melted butter before baking and after baking.
