- 4 Boneless chicken thigh
- 7 Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour or All purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Slice the chicken thigh into bite size and put it in a mixing bowl.
- To that, you add 4 grated garlic, salt and the oregano. Mix it around and let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight for best flavor.
- When you are ready to cook, heat a heavy bottom pan. Add 1 tablespoon butter and oil. Once it heats up, scatter the chicken pieces and let it sear on both the side. Then take it off the pan.
- To the same pan, add the rest of the butter and rest of the garlic (sliced or grated). Stir it around to cook the garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the flour and stir it around to cook the flour. Then pour water and whisk to make a thick sauce.
