- 4 Boneless chicken thigh
- 7 Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour or All purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
Slice the chicken thigh into bite size and put it in a mixing bowl.
To that, you add 4 grated garlic, salt and the oregano. Mix it around and let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight for best flavor.
When you are ready to cook, heat a heavy bottom pan. Add 1 tablespoon butter and oil. Once it heats up, scatter the chicken pieces and let it sear on both the side. Then take it off the pan. To the same pan, add the rest of the butter and rest of the garlic (sliced or grated). Stir it around to cook the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the flour and stir it around to cook the flour. Then pour water and whisk to make a thick sauce.
Add the fried chicken back to the pan and stir it around to coat the sauce to the chicken bites.
Serve the chicken bites warm, garnished with chopped cilantro leaves or parsley leaves.
