4- Pan fry the patties in shallow oil. You can also air fry at 400F for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 Cans Tuna
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 7 to 8 Sprigs cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregeno
- ½ Cup Almond Flour

- Oil to shallow fry the patties
Instructions
- Strain the tune from the can and put in a mixing bowl.
