- 15.5 oz Canned white beans
- 3 Mini sweet peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoon Pesto
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
- Boursin cheese or ricotta cheese, or goat cheese
Finely chop the garlic and thinly slice the peppers
Heat a pan with the oil and then sauté the garlic along with peppers for 2 minutes.
Drain and wash the canned beans and add it to the pan. Stir it around gently without mushing the beans.
Season with salt, add the chili flakes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Switch off the heat and mix the pesto to the beans
Toast the bread slices, spread your choice of cheese and then spoon some of the pesto beans. Enjoy warm.
