- 10.4 oz pasta (2.6 oz/person)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 Garlic cloves (Finely chopped )
- ½ White Onion (Finely chopped )
- ⅓ cup Sundried tomato
- ⅓ cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Chicken bullion
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Bring a pot of water to boil and season with salt. Once boiled, add the pasta and put the timer for 8 or 10 minutes, depending on what is mentioned in the packet.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a heavy bottom pan, melt butter and once it melts, add the chopped garlic and stir it around for a while. To the pan, now add chopped onion and stir it around. Once it softened a little, add the dried herbs if using.
Next, add the sundried tomatoes and stir it around to mix everything.
Pour the heavy cream and stir it around. If you want more gravy, adjust the amount of the heavy cream accordingly.
If you are using chicken or veg bullion, add it now. If you are not adding, then season with little salt.
By now the pasta should be boiled, save ½ cup of the pasta water in case you need to add to thin out the sauce consistency.
Add the boiled pasta along with grated Parmesan cheese and stir it around.
Serve warm and add a bit more Parmesan cheese on top.
