- ¾ Cup Fine Semolina
 - ¼ Cup Yogurt
 - 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour or wheat flour
 - ½ Carrot (grated)
 - ¼ cup Frozen or fresh corn
 - 1 Shallot (Finely chopped )
 - Few Curry leaves
 - ½ teaspoon Salt
 - ½ teaspoon Sugar
 - ¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
 - Oil or butter to make the waffle

In a mixing bowl, add the semolina to a bowl along with flour and yogurt, salt & sugar. Add water little by little to make a smooth batter.
Cover and leave aside for 15 minutes. This will allow the semolina to soften as it absorbs the water.
After 15 minutes, preheat the waffle maker
In the meantime, add the grated carrots, corn, chopped shallots and chipped curry leaves. Mix it around.
Add cumin seeds and baking soda and mix one more time.
Rub a little butter on oil on the waffle maker and pour ¼ cup of the batter. Close the lid and let it cook for about 4 minutes.
Once done, place the waffles on a wire rack to cool down.
Enjoy with the ketchup or chutney on the side
