- 2 tbs butter
- 6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chicken bullion powder
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 13 oz frozen ravioli
In a heavy bottom skillet, add the butter and once it starts to melt, add the chopped garlic and let it sizzle for about 1 minutes.
Scatter the cherry tomatoes, toss it around and cover the pan. Let the cherry tomatoes simmer and soften down. It will take about 5 minutes.
Then add the chicken bullion powder and give it a mix.
Pour the heavy cream and toss it around to make the sauce.
Boil the Ravioli as per the time mentioned in the packets.
Add the boiled paste to the sauce and finish it with a handful of Parmesan cheese.
Server right away and enjoy warm.
I don't add extra salt in the sauce because the chicken bullion powder has salt in it.
What can I add instead of Chicken Bullion Powder
You can add some dry herbs or vegetable broth for flavors.
