Orange Tofu

- 1 Block Firm Tofu
- 1 Bunch Green onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon oil
Tofu Marinade
- 1.5 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Ponzu sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
Orange Sauce
- Zest of 2 or 3 oranges
- Juice of the orange
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tsp Ponzu Sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon water
Cut the firm pressed tofu into bite size. Add it to a mixing bowl.
To the bowl add all the ingredients for the marinate and shake to mix everything.
Layer the marinated tofu and air fry for 20 minutes, flipping once in between.
While that happens, prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients for the sauce to a glass or cup.
Heat the pan and once pour the oil and then add the chopped garlic along with chopped green onion. Toss it around and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the air fried tofu and toss it all together. Taste for salt and sweetness and adjust sesaoning accordingly.
Serve with your choice of options.
