Ingredients
 

  • 6 Baby Bella mushrooms
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 8 tablespoon Cottage Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushroom by scrubbing with a clean kitchen towel. Thinly slice the mushrooms.
  • Heat a heavy bottom skillet and add 2 tablespoon butter along with oil. Then scatter the sliced mushroom and let it sizzle on one side. Don't add any salt at this point. It will take a couple minute to brown on one side and then toss and let it brown on the other side.
  • Once the mushrooms are golden brown, add grated garlic and salt. Toss it around for 1 minute and take it off the pan to a bowl.
  • Next, toast the bread in the pan using the rest of the butter.
  • Assemble the toast by spread 2 tablespoon cottage cheese on each slice of toast. Sprinkle a little black pepper and top it with the cooked mushroom.
    Enjoy warm.
