Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon Gond katira (Tragacanth gum)
  • 1 tablespoon Basil seeds
  • Few mint leaves
  • diced watermelon
  • ½ teaspoon Kala Namak (Indian Black Salt)
  • ½ teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Coconut water

Instructions
 

  • In a container stir 1 tablespoon basil seeds with 1 cup water. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for the basil seeds to swell.
  • In a seperate container add the gond katira along with 1 cup water. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for it to expand and turn into gelly like substance.
  • Next day to prepare the watermelon cooler for 1 glass, add few cubes on water in a glass and muddle it.
    Add few mint leaves and muddle.
    Next add 1 tablespoon of swelled basil seeds and 1 tablespoon of expanded gind katira, along with the ½ teaspoon chaat masala and ½ teaspoon kala namak.
  • Pour ice cubes and coconut water. Give a stir and enjoy.
