Boil the noodles in hot water with some salt
In a pan, heat some oil
Add garlic and ginger and saute them properly
Add the onions and fry them till they're golden brown
Add green chillies, chilly paste, salt, pepper, soya sauce and vinegar to the pan.
Saute them for a while and then add tomatoes, mushroom and bok choy
Cook till the vegetables are tender. It should take about 5 to 7 minutes
Finally, add the noodles and mix them properly.
Sprinkle some lime juice on top and serve it hot.
