- 6 Eggs
- 3 Stands of green onion
- 3 Less spicy fresh chili
- 3 Garlic cloves
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- Ice cubes
Chop the green onion, garlic and red chili.
To a glass container that can hold 6 eggs, add the soy sauce, water, honey along with the chopped garlic, green onion and chili. Also add sesame seeds and give a mix.
Boil the egg for 6 minutes and then add the eggs to ice-cold water.
Crack and peel the eggs carefully. The eggs should feel very soft. Add it to the marinate carefully one at a time. Close the lid and leave the jar in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hrs. The flavor gets better after letting the eggs marinate for 24 hrs.
