- ½ pound Tender okra
- ½ medium onion
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Nigella Seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 Dry red chili
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder
Wash the Okra and dry them using a paper towel.
Slice the okra as per your liking. You can slice it into thin strips, or small cubes and slightly diagonal, like how I did.
Thinly slice the onion.
In a pan, heat the oil and then add the cumin seeds, nigella seeds and dry red chili. Sauté for a while to release the aroma.
Add the Okras, season with salt, turmeric and stir it around for a while.
Serve it hot.
