Ingredients
 

  • ½ pound Tender okra
  • ½ medium onion
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Nigella Seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Dry red chili
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the Okra and dry them using a paper towel.
  • Slice the okra as per your liking. You can slice it into thin strips, or small cubes and slightly diagonal, like how I did.
  • Thinly slice the onion.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and then add the cumin seeds, nigella seeds and dry red chili. Sauté for a while to release the aroma.
  • Add the Okras, season with salt, turmeric and stir it around for a while.
  • Serve it hot.
