Air Fried Paneer
This Air fried paneer recipe is a perfect weeknight meal. Takes 10 minutes to prep, couple hours to marinate which is totally optional and 15 minutes to cook in air fryer. You can enjoy this dish with rice or paratha, enjoy as a wrap or sandwich too.

- 12 oz Paneer
- 6 oz Red onion
- 6 oz Tomato
- ¼ cup Thick yogurt
- 3 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon Dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 Garlic cloves
Slice the paneer into small cubes. Also slice the onion and tomato into small cubes.
In a baking pan that fits in your air fryer, add the yogurt, along with oil, salt, sugar and spices. Also add grated garlic cloves and whisk to mix everything.
To the pan add the diced onion, tomato, paneer and mix it all around. Cover the pan and let it rest in the fridge covered with a clear wrap for 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the Air fryer at 400 F and once ready, place the pan on the air fryer rack and air fry for 15 minutes. Toss it around once half way done.
