It was such a pleasure to be a part of this food photography challenge which started way back in 2005 and is still running strong after so many years. Does anyone have an idea on how many food bloggers are there? Millions, I guess, and more coming up every day! I probably know just a very small percentage of them but I get excited every time I come across a new blog. I enjoy learning about them, their cuisine and of course, their stories. Thanks to the DMBLGiT, I have met some amazingly talented bloggers! And this is what I love the most about the blogging events; we always make new friends. I am sure that walking for 15 miles or cooking for 100 people will not make me as exhausted as I feel right now! On the contrary, those might actually help me relax. Sometimes, mental exhaustion is worse than physical. It takes away all my energy and enthusiasm, leaving me lost and helpless.
After participating in the last month's DHSPC, I was looking forward to see what challenge would Simon get for us this month. The idea of recreating someone's work is not easy specially when that person is best at what they do. It is intimidating and definitely challenging but there is always a lot of learning involved in the process.
