We all have those weekends when you want to make something that looks fancy and not so ordinary. You want to wow your family but at the same time, you feel just so lazy to stand by the stove for making something fancy. Well, on those days, you can make this Egg and Spinach Baked Avocados. It’s easy, quick and I think it looks mighty lavish!
When the whole world was going gaga about smoothies, I walked away from it. About a few months back, I finally decided to give it a go. Now, I too have my version of green smoothie. I find it hard to believe that I am saying this but I love this green smoothie. This particular smoothie is with avocado and collard greens. I don’t necessarily stick to collard greens all the time. In India, no matter how high the temperature shoots in summer and how humid it gets, we still like to eat hot sandwiches and hot lentil soups with equally hot rice/roti . Then, we cool ourselves off with some nimbu pani (lemon juice) or some chilled ice-cream.
