Ingredient Notes
Fresh Cranberry - Preferably use fresh cranberries. You can use frozen too, but not the dried ones!
Sugar - You can use white or brown sugar. Simultaneously, you can also use other kind of sweeter too.
Fruit Juice - I don't add any water, instead I use only juice. Sometimes orange juice, or pineapple or mango juice. If you use orange juice, makes sure to use the zest too.
Spices - Warm spices like cinnamon stick and star anise boost the taste a lot. Don't use powder, use whole spices, so the flavor stays subtle.
Fresh Rosemary - I like to use fresh herb like rosemary or thyme. It is not mandate, but adds a beautiful floral note to the sauce.

3. Pour some fruit juice, like orange juice and zest, pineapple juice, or even mango juice.
